Delivery Information


Orders & Shipping:

We will only ship to the registered credit card billing address.

We are unable to ship to any other address unless clearly noted.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing, you will receive an email confirming dispatch of goods.

We use Fedex/DHL/TNT or similar express services for all our shipments.

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale if permission has not been given.

By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

 

OG CLOTHING RETURNS:

If you are not fully happy with the products you have received you may return them to us within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt.

You will need to contact returns@ogclothing.com before sending any returns.

We will only accept products returned in their original, resalable condition.

All items must be returned at your cost in their original packaging.

We will be unable to accept the return of any products that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or in any way differ from their original condition.

This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Once items have been accepted we will offer a refund or at your election an exchange, or store credit. Please note that refunds or credits will not include the cost of the original postage and packing.

Any returned products must be well packaged, as not to be damaged in transit.

Any returned products must be sent with a track able, insured postal service at your cost.

 

OGCLOTHING.COM is unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

 

FOR OTHER BRANDS RETURNS INFORMATION

Please email us at returns@ogclothing.com, this allows begin the procedures of processing the returns.

Instructions will be sent to you, in which the ORDER NUMBER must be enclosed with the item (we cannot guarantee a credit note without this). The cost of delivery for returns is your own responsibility.

All items must be in their original packaging and perfect condition as you received it, otherwise a credit note will not be issued.

There is no exchanges with 'Men, Women, Men's Brands, Women's Brands', only returns.

The credit note expires automatically after 2 years, if not used.

 

Faulty Returns:

Faulty items must be returned to us for inspection at your cost.

If found to have a genuine manufacturing defect, you will be offered an exchange, a store credit or a refund provided that the faulty product is returned within 7 days of receipt and that the fault has not been caused by natural wear and tear or improper use or negligent handling.
