Soft foam handles that are extra weighted, 'speed skipping rope' with plastic 'thicker rope' for increased weight creating extra speed, durability & comfort. The foam handle allows for longer bursts of skipping as the hand is more comfortable and sweat will not make it slip from hand as much as other style skipping ropes.
